GivingTuesday 2026
CO Gives No Warning. You Can.

December 1 is GivingTuesday. Help us prevent carbon monoxide poisoning by bringing CO alarms and safety education to more people.

GivingTuesday Logo

A day to give. A chance to help prevent CO poisoning.

GivingTuesday, brings people together around causes they care about. For NCOAA, it’s a chance to help more people recognize carbon monoxide risks, take steps to protect themselves, and find support after an exposure.

Your gift helps carry that work into homes and communities throughout the year. There are injuries and deaths each day caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. By donating, you directly help NCOAA support CO survivors and equip households in need with carbon monoxide alarms.

All donations will be matched up to $10,000.

Donation Goal

Each donation moves the bar higher and brings us closer to a future where every home is protected from carbon monoxide. By giving today, you’re providing care kits to survivors, putting alarms in homes, and creating safer, healthier communities. Donate today to help us reach our goals below.

All donations will be matched up to $10,000. Be part of the movement that saves lives!

Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Stats

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a highly toxic gas, produced by fuel-burning devices. Carbon monoxide can’t be seen, smelled, or heard, but can be extremely dangerous to humans. Every year, it causes hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and deaths.

These are entirely preventable.

What We Accomplished in 2026
& What's Next

In 2026, NCOAA held the fourth annual CO Safety Summit, installed over 150 CO alarms in Jackson, and expanded our outreach and Memory Wall.

In 2027, we’ll share survivor stories, push for stronger CO protections, and train more people to prevent exposure. Your GivingTuesday gift moves this work forward.

Carbon monoxide safety shouldn’t depend on what a family can afford or whether a survivor knows where to turn. Your gift helps NCOAA provide CO alarms, share safety information, and deliver care kits and resources to survivors. It also supports our work with first responders and our push for stronger safety standards across the country.

Give this GivingTuesday to help bring these protections to more people.

All donations will be matched up to $10,000.
